On September 13th Columbia Fish and Game held its Fall Muzzleloading shoot. Our event was comprised of 6 stations in the woods and 7 stations on the range. Each station on the woods walk had 2 to 3 targets of varying difficulty that the shooter had to pick from depending on how risky they wanted to go. The range portion of the match had our novelty targets (split a playing card in half, split a ball in half and break two clay birds) along with targets that tested their skill. We had 30 shooters attend the event. There were 3 juniors in this group. Due to the weather, we started on the range first, had a hearty lunch of sloppy joes and as many brownies and cookies you could eat. The afternoon was devoted to the woods walk portion of the shoot. When all was completed, the following shooters topped the field:

1st place: Duane Bowman

2nd place: Jim Redcay

3rd place: Dean Greiner

4th place: Max Meglio

5th place: John Shively

Juniors

1st place: Jace Hershey

2nd place: Carson Charles 3rd place: Jessa Hershey
